Tender Offer Of PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (MLBI)

Based on the information we received through the newspapers on March 5, 2010, so with this we inform you that ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED Breweries to Tender (Tender Offer) for buy shares of PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (MLBI) senbanyak many of 5,787,870 ordinary shares owned by Shareholders representing the Offered or approximately 27.47% of the entire issued and MLBI paid as of this Tender Offer Statement, the tender offer price of Rp. 161,741 (one hundred and sixty-one thousand seven hundred and forty-one Rupiah) per share. The number of shares offered to be purchased in this Tender Offer does not include stocks that Depository receipts attached to the published by Hollandsch Administratiekantoor BV which represents approximately 4% of all capital MLBI issued and paid up. In connection with that Asia Pacific Breweries Limited has been declared have sufficient funds to make payments in settlement and this Tender Offer.
