Hereby we inform that the Issuer intends to conduct the above Public Offering
Limited Third Issuance of Rights in order Preemptive (HMETD) with the provisions
as follows:
HMETD division ratio is every 2 (two) shares held will receive 5 (five)HMETD, where each holder of 5 (five) HMETD entitled to purchase 5 (five) new shares with exercise price USD 525, - (five hundred twenty-five rupiah) per share and per 15 (fifteen)new shares attached to 1 (one) Series II Warrants granted by the Company free of charge with Warrant exercise price is Rp 530, - (five hundred and thirty Rupiah) per share.
