Implementation of Price Adjustment and Series I Warrants Number of Warrants PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (UNSP-W).

Based on the information we received from PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk through letter No. 027/CS-BSP/BEI/II/2010 dated 09 Februari 2010 Subject: Implementation of Price Adjustment and the number of Series I Warrants in connection with the Third Limited Public Offering of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (Persero), it is hereby informed that the price and number of Warrant Execution Series I PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk to adjust with the following conditions:

1. Price Execution Warrants Series I UNSP experiencing adjustment of USD 1375, - (one thousand three hundred and seventy-five rupiah) to Rp 1286, - (one thousand two hundred and eighty-six Rupiah) per share.

2. The number of Series I Warrants will be adjusted from 364,096,815 warrants (warrants remaining as of February 2, 2010) to 389,285,902 Warrants warrants that the addition of the new Series I is a ratio of 25,189,087 Warrants so long is the Series I 159: 11, where each 159 Series I Warrant holders will get the old 11 Series I Warrants new, with the stipulation that if there was additional Warrants Series I in fractions, then the fragments will be submitted to the Company until the end of the Series I Warrants only after adjustment amounted to 389,285. 902 warrants.

3. The implementation of this price adjustment will be effective from the date of February 10, 2010
