JAKARTA (bisnis.com): PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) set the issuance price of 26.18 billion new shares (rights issue) valued at Rp185 per share or reach Rp4, 84 trillion on 13-26 January 2009.
Based on company information published on this day, the funds that the rights issue was approximately 20.95%, or Rp965 billion to acquire 10% working interest in Block PSC Masela from INPEX and approximately 52.37% or Rp2, 41 trillion to pay the debt based company secured term loan facility and approximately 9.43%, or Rp434, 25 billion to finance the cost of payment.
Furthermore, approximately 17.26%, or Rp795, 30 billion for capital expenditure and additional working capital. ENRG assign rights issue ratio is 11:20, where every 11 old shares shall have the right to order 20 first effect (HMETD) at a price of Rp185.
At each 16 shares of the inherent HMETD warrants granted 3 free as an incentive for shareholders or holders of ENRG and conducting HMETD rights.
As for, the July 14 trading warrants 2010-11 January 2013. The number of warrants issued reached 4.90 billion of warrants at a price of Rp190 implementation, so that the whole amounted to Rp932, 77 billion.
